The Nicklaus Design Group (based in Palm Beach) has worked hand-in-hand with Old Corkscrew Golf Club's management to enhance the natural environment and create a course that is both challenging and enjoyable for players of all levels.
The par-72 Championship layout plays 7,400 yards and meets the highest design criteria. Each Nicklaus-designed course is unique but certain aspects are present in all of them. They are well-balanced with holes that vary in direction, look and feel, so that one type of golfer isn't favored over another. A believer that golf is a game of precision over power, the Nicklaus Design Group plans courses that reward strategic, intelligent thinking as much as fine ball striking. Another priority is to design holes that enable golfers to make careful decisions in club selection and execution of each shot.

A fully stocked pro shop will offer the latest in golf fashion and equipment. Every golf cart is equipped with the most advanced GPS system for more accurate, strategic play.
A state-of-the-art practice facility is continuously in peak tournament conditions, and the practice putting green is designed to maintain the speed of the green consistent with that which the golfer will experience when playing the course. Plus, a chipping and pitching practice green along with bunker practice is also available.
